P90X....The Bring It Challenge
I've been a member here at Sparkpeople since 2006 and have lost some weight but never achieved the goals that I set for myself. I wanted to do a program that truly challenged me. I've wanted to try P90X for years and bought the DVD and it sat on my bookshelf for years. I attempted to do it in 2011 but got injured the second day.
I'm starting this program over again, but this time around I need it more than ever. I'm the heaviest that I've ever been in my life and I needed something to really challenge and push me. Bring On P90X!

I truly have so much to look forward to. I'm trusting and believing God that I will reach and surpass every goal that I have set for myself. I'm so ready to rock this thing...and bring it harder than I ever have. The only thing to keep that from happening is my own negative thinking. But with God on my side, I can do all things as He gives me strength!

WELCOME to my Sparkpage!
I've started and failed so many times. But I refuse to give up. I just started P90X over again on April 6, 2015 and it has been a great week for me to finally make my health a priority again. Though I am excited about the weight loss that I achieved this week, I'm the most happiest because of the renewed commitment to a brand new start. I look forward to sharing in my blog posts of what life is like for me here on my farm in Missouri and how I'm going about reaching my goals.

Here are the new goals that I have set as of April 6, 2015
Complete 1st Round of P90X on July 4, 2015
Fit into my six 16 jeans (comfortably) by July 5, 2015
Celebrate my 3rd Wedding Anniversary with a 40 pound weigh loss
My Program:
P90X Classic - Round 1
(Start Date 4-6-2015 End Date 7-4-2015)
P90X Classic - Round 2 (Start Date 7-13-2015 End Date 10-10-2015)
P90X Lean - Round 3
(Start Date 10-19-2015
End Date 1-16-2016)
Walk or Bike 5 Days a week
Eat according to my nutrition plan and stay under my caloric goal
Stay hydrated...by drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water daily
Personal Information:
I live on a farm in Missouri with my husband. We raise hogs and chickens. I also have 8 dogs and 3 cats. This keeps me more than busy so I usually unwind by writing and reading. I love my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Other Information:
I love the simple things in life. Living here on the farm with my husband, kids, and animals. God has truly blessed me with a little bit of heaven.
