    Sharon...Your half century mark is coming up soon. Making progress?

    I'm slowly increasing my steps weekly and I'm finally not so winded. Next week I will pop in my Leslie DVD's for a good workout and I'm looking in to signing up for water aerobics for a 4 week trial at a local pool near home. I was out of my groove for so long, but I'm moving along. Wondering if you are swimming regularly in your lake for exercise?
