Introduction Text The thoughts we think and the words we speak create out experiences... Thanks for stopping by to get to know me a little better! So, lets sum me up! I'm 27 years old and I live in Victoria, TX in a cute corner house with my boyfriend Johnny, my daughter and his two daughters, and our baby girl we just had together. I currently work for the family business, G&A Electronic Services as an office manager. I've worked as a make-up artist and a jailor also... I have a wide range of professional experiences! LOL... I spend my free time with Johnny and kids or reading, writing, or working out on my Wii! I'm joining Detar Fitness Center this month too!

My goals right now are to first of all, start living a healthier lifestyle. By doing that, I am hoping to also lose weight - about 50 pounds or so. My other goal is to take my thoughts and experiences into my own hands and to live a more positive, stress-free life.

Right now I am using the Wii Fit Plus and My Life Coach 2 on a daily basis in the afternoons. I warm up with the Wii Fit Step & Advanced Step, then move to Rhythm Boxing. If I have more time I will do some other activities or do the Free Step while watching a tv show. After that I switch to the My Life Coach 2 Wii game and do my daily work out on there. Now that I'm six weeks post-pardum I am going to join Detar Health and make a point to try to work out there twice a week, maybe once during the week and once on the weekend. There I will be doing some light reps for toning and will join some aerobic/cardio classes. Lastly I have The Contour System in route to me as well, the belt that sends electrical currents through it and causes your abs to contract. Just one more "extra" measure to ensure the quickest results in the shortest time possible - I'll let you know how it works!
