Tracking food, drinking 8 glasses water, quick cardio (10 mins) daily, gym 3 times a week, try yoga.
My Program:
Using SparkPeople, word!
Personal Information:
Living happily in Dallas with my beautiful partner and pooch. Using the pooch as an excuse for the daily 10 minute cardio. Turning just another job into a pretty promising career and trying not to eat through the stress of it all. Far from my family and missing them more as I get older and begin to settle down.
