    It's just the idea that if any part of the back doesn't feel right, I know from lots of experience, that even light weights can make it worse. That's why I'm working on walking and stretch band for upper body as I can, I figure it'll get it stronger and then I can get doing more. :)

    I'd like to add strength training too, but am waiting for my body to be okay with it. Too often it's been going out of alignment and that isn't comfortable. I've been able to do some stretch band things at times.
