Introduction Text Hello, I am on here to refocus myself in my goal to a healthier me. I had lap band surgery in 2010. and due to out side stress, fell off my diet. I am here to refocus myself and make the change for a life style and not "diet". I am on here to hold myself accountable for my slips and motivate myself back on track.

my biggest goal is to live longer than my Dad did. and i am almost there. I also want to be healthier for my husband and kids.

my program is to get at leise 1 hour of workout in and control my stress eating by using healthy foods.



When you think everything is someone else´s fault, you will suffer a lot. When you realize that everything springs only from yourself, you will learn both peace and joy.
