My Goals:
I hope I am able to help others on their journey to good health & fitness.
For the Fall:
- increase the weight loss per month. Try for 1.5 to 2 lbs per month.
- Get on a better sleep regime. Get at least 7 hrs per night.
- Increase the amount of cardio I do each week.
2-16-19 Time to reset goals: with surgery coming up soon I will have to adjust my goals for a bit.
-Diet & Exercise: will have to be focused on healing & regaining strength as healing permits. Keeping an eye
on what I can do during this period.
-This is a great time to work on improving sleep; establish the minimum 7 hrs or more each night.
-Work on my jewelry as this is something I will be able to do in some form. It brings me joy :-)
-Keep spirits up & look for what makes one smile or laugh.
-Encourage/support others.
