First I want to give you a warm welcome to my Spark Page! This page represents me. To be honest, it is hard for me to get started. Many times I have talked myself out of "taking care of myself." Really not sure why I do this every time. This time has to be different. We can overcome this depression issue together or any other issues we may have.
I wanted to also include my mission statement, that will remind me why I want to get healthy and happy.

Really not sure why I do this every time. This time has to be different. We can overcome this depression issue together or any other issues we may have.
I wanted to also include my mission statement, that will remind me why I want to get healthy and happy.
Mission Statement: I want to lose weight, so I can set an example for my family, friends, and my patients. Capturing more confidence by taking the steps that will better my life.
My days will need to be calculated and prepared in a way that I know exactly what I will be doing. This means being aware of what I need to get done from one day to the next.
It will be essential to possess values that are going to be strategic for me. I will need to possess a positive attitude and to smile more. Having self-love and a positive image will help gear me towards my goals.
My sole purpose will be to switch any bad habits with something good that will help carry me toward my target. Integrity, means not being afraid to be myself. To have better self-respect and know that it is all right not to be perfect. Understanding that I can give others advice, that I am applying myself. “Practice what I preach.”
I will need to focus on only what I can adjust, and let go of what I cannot change. Centering on the present and letting go of the past. It is time to move forward.
