Well,almost 4 years since I joined Sparks on April 16, 2008. I've been up and down during this time. I lost so much weight at first that I was delighted: 20 lbs in the first year. Since last fall I've been losing weight steadily. I think I finally got the Spark. lol This morning I'm down again and still on track to be 175 by my birthday. This excites me as I change dress sizes and strengthen my body. __________________________________________

My Goals:
I need to loose 100 pounds and be strong enough to live a healthy vibrant life. Well, the September deadline came and went. Now my goal needs to be updated. I'm stuck at 210 pounds now for sometime. I hope to get over this plateau and be 200 by November 1, 2008.

Definitely missed my goal of 200 by the 1st of November. I'm at 208 this morning and feeling like this isn't going well for me today. I've been overeating again. Cookies, sweets and Christmas baking is banned in my life!

My Program:
Walking 3 days a week for 2 hours a day and 3 days a week for 30 minutes a day. As well, I'm using my Wii Fit for yoga and strength exercises. The fun games are an added bonus.

Personal Information:
I'm sure everyone has a story, mine is years of ignoring my health and weight gain. Now I'm paying the price. (Sowing and reaping) Time to step up and be the person God intended in the first place.
