    Hey Lauren - thanks for asking! They seem to be under control... I make sure I stretch after and I have some new shoes (cross trainers) I'm getting tomorrow. The cross trainers seem a bit more stable in the foot then the shoes I have for running so I think they will do well in my kickboxing and cardio step classes.

    The legs must have adjusted to jumping rope, and I've added another minute. Still trip over that dang rope some but it's coming along!
