Welcome! Hopefully we can support and lighten each others load on the road to a healthier life style. My thyroid quit years ago and the weight came creeping on & it has been a roller coaster ride ever since. While it maybe more of a challenge to loose & maintain a healthy weight I need to focus & master this one. My health & quality of life depend upon it!

My Goals:
To keep off any weight I loose & to continue this life style change for a healthier, fitter me.

Pick myself up should I slip.

Long term goal is to get to 150 perhaps 145lbs. Healthy BMI


My Program:
Make better food choices and portion control

Move my body on a regular basis.

Record & Document food, weight, measurements ...

If I fall pick myself back up & move forward.

Take better care of myself.

Have a CAN DO IT ...
ATTITUDE!

Personal Information:
I am a visual artist, teacher and healer.
I have been working with infants & young children since 94'.
I work with adults in my massage therapy practice. I am also a Reiki Master. I am a SoulCollage� Facilitator as well. It all ties in with my creativity, teaching & healing nature. An awesome process!

I enjoy the simple things in life. I am blessed with an assortment of friendships that mean the world to me. It makes me aware of the unique & special qualities I get to tap into & vice versa. I am mother of two young adults, a daughter & son.

I enjoy the arts, creating, singing, dancing, cooking, nature, teaching, learning, time with others & time alone.

Most of all I enjoy laughter!
