been trying to lose weight since baby number 4 (2002) and not giving up now.
I started back with SP Jan 2010 and having a great time on my journey meeting so many great people on the way and already closer to reaching my goal.

My Goals:
I need to get back to a healthy weight and size so I can be a better mom and wife. Time for a more specific goal, to be close to 170 by 12/29.
Short Term Goals:
by May 25
Track everything I eat, everyday except Sunday
Measure before and after
Check upperbody fat percentage before and after
Make my motivation collage
Reach 237 (pre baby #4 weight)
My Program:
Mostly just eating better, moving more and being consistent. SP is the best!. Working on the Couch to 5K program as well.
Strength training 6 days a week.
Spinning 6 days a week.
Personal Information:
I was born and raised in the south and have been living in lower Alabama since July 1999. I am the ColorGuard Assistant Director at Fairhope High School.
Other Information:
I have four children and two granddaughters and I love to scrapbook, just haven't had the money lately.
