I am excited about this challenge and all the support here to help me tackle this weight loss journey. I had my doubts when I started but it is really working for me so as I go forward I keep my hopes up high!

My Goals:
My goal is to reach a weight I am comfortable with so I can go back to feeling good on a daily basis.
My Program:
I will continue to track my food to continue omy my weight loss path. I ride my stationary bike a few times a day esp when I have an urge to eat. It helps get over the thought of eating.
Personal Information:
I live Hagerstown, Md. A mother of 2 sons and a grandmother of 4 grandsons ,1 step grandson and 1 step granddaughter. I need to get healthy again so I can stick around for them. I enjoy spending family time with them.
