 Cut sugar & wheat from my diet.

Strength train.

Complete 1,000 fitness minutes each month.


Personal Information:
I am a happily married, SAHM with a brilliant, 25 yr old son attending the University of Texas. I also have a gorgeous, energetic daughter (35) who has given me two beautiful, healthy grandbabies -plus twin girls. I am a Christian and am blessed to be married to my very bestest friend for 25 years. MY DH is retired, so getting my exercise in is a big challenge for me since he is always around. Many days, he is my workout buddy, otherwise I go solo.

    Hi Lynne! It is so funny that you sent me a comment, I was thinking about you and couldn't find you. Anyhow, its nice to hear from you, if you would like to join an accountability group we have a great group just on a thread you can join if you would like. Its call Boot Camp, but its mainly just you setting your own personal goals and trying to stick by them for 6 weeks. You should join!
