This is my 2nd time on spark. I didn't maintain the weight I lost in 2008. I've thought about all my weight loss attempts and realize the hard part is maintaining.

My Goals:
To lose the weight but never say I am done with the program. This time I am going on to maintaining and get out of the attitude 'it's only 1 lb' because those 1 lbs add up.
My Program:
To eat healthier and be accountable for everything. My exercise was a combination of walking, elliptical, and strength training, and I have some Richard Simmons dvds. Currently walking is my exercise because of a shoulder injury. I am still eating low gluten low starch diet.
Personal Information:
I am a retired police dispatcher of 32 years and retired Feb 2020 from part-time 911 operator of 12 years. After 2 months of my 2nd retirement I went back to work part-time at 911 because they were desperate for help, but I quit in Nov 2020 due to stress headaches caused by 911 being taken over by sheriff's dept. I suffer from arthritis and chronic back pain but since starting spark in 2018 exercise and weight loss it's not as severe. I have, restless legs but have discovered additional magnesium takes care of most of that. My migraines I had was taken care of last year by getting a daith piercing. The worst health problem was cancer in 2007 which surgery and radiation took care of.
Other Information:
Got off all my prescription meds by January 2019 and anything I take now is OTC
