2021 A new year, and a new start
I feel like I've "started over" so many times that I sound like a broken record.
I want this year, and this time to be different. I am NOT going on a diet, I am NOT going to expect big results in a short period. Like so many others I've been seeing, I am going to try my best to make this, a year of health, and reflection. I need to be kind and forgiving to myself.
