Introduction Text I was raised in New Jersey, and came to Utah for college. Married a Utah native and the rest is history as they say... Been in the same home, after graduating College and marrying (not in that order), for 51 years. We did live in LA for 2 years right after we married. I graduated in music, have taught voice many years, and became an Elementary librarian somewhere along the way. My husband and I have 5 children, 22 grands, and one great grand. three children live in the Salt Lake valley and 2 daughters live away.

I'd like to lose another 8 to 10 lbs. and be healthy by making healthy choices. I want to be active and enjoy life!

I love exercise, miss the gym, but am determined to keep up some exercise on my own. Since COVID I walk every day, keep weights and stretch bands, a BOSU and fit ball, etc. to help me get what I miss from classes at the gym. I'm not a runner, but love Zumba and attend Zoom classes several times a week. I just started tracking my food and now try to get a well rounded diet.
