Lynn's New Plan


Hi,
I'm Lynn and I have been overweight since having 3 kids back in the 80's, and becoming a paraplegic in 1995 didn't help! Lately there have been a few health problems and a general lack of energy and I think losing weight and keeping it off is the most necessary thing for a healthy future. I'm determined to get in more exercise that sitting in front of my computer! I'm not much of a joiner but am hoping Sparkpeople will keep me inspired and on track.
