    Welcome to Living Binge Free! Binges need a place to acknowledge that simply not binging- greatly overeating food, often eaten quickly in secret and with the idea that it is wrong to be doing it- is a victory. We don't have to have followed a perfect food plan, or not overeaten at all, or not have eaten a bit from emotions, or lost any weight. Those are all desirable goals, but so is just not binging! We support each other to have a good plan to feed ourselves routinely to reduce binge urges and to resist the urge when it's there. Come play with us!
