Introduction Text I can remember way more years of being obese than being a "normal" weight. Now I have had diabetes for over 12 of my 60 years and frankly, I don't much care for it! My life has become a running log of health problems due to my past years of non-compliance with treatment for my diabetes. But today, I'm monitoring my sugars regularly and logging my foods and exercise. I'm taking my medication as prescribed.

I just want to feel better physically than I do today. I want to my pain better controlled. I want my diabetes to be better controlled. I don't want more diabetic complications.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13 Portion control eating 5-6 small installments a day Exercising at least a little every day. Drinking over 8 glasses of water daily. Taking my medications.
