To continue to make exercise a priority....six to seven days week. Keep eating healthy and stay within 1200-1400 calories.

My name is Linda and I live in MD. I love the Lord with all my, heart, mind and soul! I became a Christian when I was 12 years old. I have been widowed for almost 18 years...I was married to the most amazing and Godly man! And I thank God for the time we had together!! I have three grown children...two sons, 28 years old and a daughter 26 years old...they are my heartbeats! Two grandchildren...Jake five and Sara three...they are the twinkle in my eye!!!

I love nature, animals and basically anything "country"!! I'm just an old-fasfion girl at heart!!!
