Oct 18th I started the Dukan Diet and I am loving it! I have lost 21 lbs in 33 days and really feeling a huge difference in my clothes. My True Weight on the program is 168 lbs and I should reach that goal mid July. Then I go into the next phase which is Consolidation for 385 days which allows the body to really assimilate the weight loss. I have not been hungry at all on this plan, cravings went away immediately and several health conditions have left my body in just 30 days. I know I will be successful at this lifetime eating and I will be fit and fabulous at 52!

My Goals:
Long term Goal:
~ Lose 85 lbs, become fit and prevent weight related diseases. ~Keep the weight off for lifetime. Watching The Alzheimers Project really jolted me into starting back up! Dementia IS linked to nutrition and lack of exercise.

Short term Goal:
~Celebrate at every 5% weight loss so I have many successes.

Fitness Goal:
~26 mile bike- Did it Jan14th! woo hoo!


My Program:
Prior to Dukan Diet I would measure and weigh all portions, count calories and fat but now we dont have to do that. NO calorie counting, no measuring. I eat as much as I want of lean proteins, fat free dairy and low carb veggies. I love eating like this! And the weight is coming off and my body is transforming!
