    You’ve just finished an invigorating workout. You feel refreshed, rejuvenated and you are ready to seize the day. The question is, should I eat after my exercise? The answer is YES! Strive to eat as soon as possible after they exercise and always eat within an hour of your workout. This window of time is the most beneficial period for your body to receive post exercise nutrition. Focus on protein and complex carbohydrates to replenish your body. Whole grains and brown rice are good for your complex carbohydrates. For protein, eat skinless chicken breasts, fish, beans, eggs and protein shakes. Fuel your body within one hour of finishing your workout and keep your energy reserves in tip-top shape.
