Linda's journey to finding herself


The years have gone by and changes in my life have happened. Just as I'm getting walking over 4 km a day I start having health problems. Major hurting muscles and joints, and feet problems also my sugars are out of wacky. Just trying to stabilize the sugars then onto a Dr supervised diet. Hope to be able to get back to the pool for walking Linda
