I am a 24 year old momma of one awesome 4 year old boy, and a first year college student in Website Design and Development. I am located in the beautiful state of maine :)

Most people assume that I gained weight because of my son. Surprisingly, that isn't the case at all! I was actually a size 2, at 120 lbs 5"5.5, after I had my son. It only took me a couple of months to lose 40 lbs (it wasn't the healthiest of weight losses though) and my weight stayed there for 2 years. Before having him, i was 125 lbs for a few years.

I began taking a medication that caused me to gain weight because I never felt hungry or full... So when I dropped to a size 0, 110 lbs, I began eating just to eat because I didn't want to be thinner. Not long after I started working as a baker... My weight shot up to 155. I am now a stay at home mother and now sit (literally) at 169 lbs, and I need to change something.

Back in june 2016, I had lost 25 lbs in 4 months. I was 140 lbs and I felt great. I ended up getting stuck in a cycle of binge eating that I never broke. I always think I can go back to eating as much as I want and not gain weight... But that isn't the case at all. I know this yet I constantly go back to binge eating. I've never had the healthiest relationship with food (either starving or over indulging), and I think I may be someone that needs to track for the rest of her life.
