Introduction Text I am 56 years old, single, mother of 2 girls, (one here on this earth and one in Heaven now) I went from being a full time police officer to a stay at home Mom after the birth of my second child. At that time I gained up to 250 lbs. After losing 105 lbs. and becoming a group fitness instructor/personal trainer I was at my goal weight. I kept my weight off and down until the shift from group fitness instructor full time to desk job full time. I have gained some back but I am ready to take care of it! Update to 2017 Teaching Zumba, working a desk job, surviving pancreatic cancer and loving life up 30 lbs from 2014, working on getting back down to goal!
