My name is Lisa and I live in Florida with my husband and 2 children. I am dedicated to changing my lifestyle to include healthier choices.
I've been on Sparkpeople for 10 years now. My weight is only down 5 pounds from 10 years ago, but my eating habits and overall health is much better. I tend to eat healthier and I only drink water, and I drink lots of it :)
My problem is that I have a problem sticking to anything. I get bored and stop. So I stop measuring ...

My problem is that I have a problem sticking to anything. I get bored and stop. So I stop measuring and logging my food and my portion sizes increase. I get bored with my exercise program and quit.
Now I've joined the Fearless Fuchsia team in the Biggest Loser Challenge. Hopefully this challenge will help keep me on track since we have to work as a team. I tend to stick to things better if other people are counting on me. I hate to let anyone down.

2. Exercise more. Increase my muscle mass and lose fat.

1. Intermittent fasting - 16/8
2. Walk during work breaks.
