Lisa... thank you for your comment on my blog. I agree I would get results on P90X, but the schedule is unsustainable for me. It's not enough rest, and every day around 40 minutes into it I was ready to quit. It wasn't that I was spent (except during plyo) so much that I was bored. I'll find something... I just ordered 30 day shred and some other Jillian workouts, and I'll go get my kettlebells tomorrow. :) If you can't tell, I just like to change it up a lot.
BTW... I have heard of Insanity (the Shaun T workout). I hear it is a very high intensity cardio workout. I've never tried it, though.
I p90x/insanity hybrid sounds very ambitious. I was thinking of continuing the New Rules of Lifting for Women workouts once my body get more used to insanity... but who knows? 3512 days ago

Yeah I know! It is definately going to be intense, but I'm doing it with a group of friends. So everyone will be able to help each other with the obstacles. I don't care about time or anything, just finishing is an accomplishment:)
