Hi! I'm Liz, welcome to my page! :) I hope you can find something interesting, motivational, and/or helpful for achieving your own goals :) GOOD LUCK! When I was in high school (graduated in 2006) I was very active. I wasn't in perfect shape, but I was doing pretty good. You wouldn't look at me and think I was overweight. In college the focus went from being active to studying and having a social life, which made me gain 20lbs or so in my first couple years. And then during my junior year I became incredibly depressed. I stopped going to classes and hanging out with my friends and I stayed at home sleeping and eating. This caused my weight to skyrocket... I gained over 100lbs over the next 3 years and have been battling the last several to get it off. I have had some success in the past, but each time have gained it all back. This past time I gained it back and then some, putting me at my heaviest weight ever (just over 300lbs). I really think I can do this, and I'm finally at a point where it seems like things are coming together for me to succeed :)

My Program:
-I participate in DietBets often, they really keep me on track.

-I use an app called Water Your Body to remind myself to drink more water.

-I'm active everyday- my fitbit is set to a goal of 15,000 steps a day

-I track my food everyday... all the time... not just when I'm doing well!

-Not feeling bad if I slip up or do something unhealthy. I'm not dieting, I'm making long-term, permanent changes. It's okay to have a cookie every now and then! :D
