This is it, I am ready... tired of being fat! I lost a lot of weight 10 years ago and it seems to be creeping its way back to me. I need help and a program to help me stay on track.
This first week went well. I am trying to remind myself that this is a new lifestyle and not a diet. I want to feel better each day, be able to walk a little faster and run a little further.
Well, one month down and I am down 8 pounds, I can not believe it. I never feel hungry and when I have a craving for something sweet I am able to adjust my calories and exercise for the day to account for something a little special. The key being a Little. I am very happy, I want this to continue. Now is the time I usually start to give in. I need to remember THIS IS IT! Don't think about today, think about my health in the future, how will I feel in summer, how will I feel in December. I can do this!
Well, I have been fully committed for 2 months now and I have to say it is going well! I have lost 14.2 pounds and I don't feel deprived or like I am missing out on anything... in fact I feel that as if I am gaining my life back. I put on jeans that I have not been able to wear in over 2 years. I am proud and I am dedicated to my new lifestyle!

My Goals:
I want to be a healthy weight, I want to feel good about myself and look good in my clothes. I want to be able to keep up with my kids and run and play and not be out of breath.

My Program:
I am tracking calories and MOVING! get moving everyday....

Goal 1 -10 new sunglasses
Goal 2 -20 new shoes
Goal 3 -30 NEW JEANS
Goal 4 -40 Trip to Victoria's Secret
Goal 5 -50 New bathing suit!
Maintain and then Hawaiian Cruise!

Personal Information:
I have a wonderful husband and 2 great boys. I am a teacher. I live outside of the Los Angeles area. I love my life just need to get back into the healthy groove.

Other Information:
Any help, suggestions or spark friends who could be encouraging are VERY welcome!
