Hi! I just read your blog on walking. Thank you for sharing. I used to do a lot of what you do (walking at work on lunch and break, walking with a buddy, walking indoors at the local college field house during bad weather, etc.) I had to quit all exercise a couple years ago due to illness and hospitalization. During that time I gained about 30 lbs and got very flabby. BUT NOW I can start exercising again but I have needed incentive, I guess. Thank you for the incentive (SPARK) that I need. 2519 days ago
