    Hi Tam,

    Thanks! Instead of doing heathly choice meals. Make up pre cooked chicken or turkey sliced thin. Then you can add a Burritto wrap and make yourself a "Pita sandwich" Add your favorites like lettuce tomato etc. You can also make chicken or turkey salad by adding a little mayo and some celery. These are just two examples if you don't like the frozen dinners. You can even make your own pizza with english muffins as the crust and have them ready to go. Does the protein shake fill you up? You can make a Yogurt smoothie, freeze it and bring it to class so by the time class is out it is cold but not frozen. This is what I used to do on the road. 1 scoop of why (vanilla), 4 ounces of plain yougurt, in a blender with water. Start with a little you want it fluid not thick , then add in
    frozen blueberries to taste. I put it in a 64 ounce cup with a lid then stuck it in the freeze while I got ready. Then took it with me. It lasted cold for 4 hours. Let me know how it goes.

    Hey my friend that is great news. Just remember when school starts life will get crazy. Pre plan your meals and have things ready in advance so you can keep up your weight loss. Thanks for the advice on the cranberry juice.
