I maxed at 185 during pregnancy, my goal is 130 and then toning!

5/09... I have started P90X and love it! It kicks my butt but DH is doing it with me so we are pushing each other.

12/08... getting back on the band wagon! Finally had my snuggle bug on 12/3 now back in Sparkmode!

**Currently Preggers*** The bump is slowly starting to show!
6/10....ok I am in the plump stage and I sure am feeling it with this heat!!

Keep burning those calories! I have come so far with my weight loss, I have to keep positive! Everything pays off!

I began my weight loss journey at 176lbs in November 2006. Since then I have exceeded many goals. My lowest weight reached was 124lbs. I have changed my tracker to be more of a maintenance mode.

Words of Wisdom....
Fellow Sparkers, you can do it!! My main key to success was water, exercise, and diet! Water is key!!! I have upped my H2O intake to about 18-20 cups a day and I have started to lose weight consistently again! (my gym instructor gave me a good pointer that when you are regularly active your intake should be 8 cups PLUS 1/2 of your body weight...for me that would be a minimum of 16 cups)
Also, as seen on Biggest Loser, add spices to your life!! If you are following a low-sodium diet, don't fret! Add spices and you will never miss the salt. They emphasize on using Crushed Red Pepper, which I love!!!

I finally LOVE the skin I am in! It has taken me awhile to get back to this, but I am HERE!

Well I seem to always make resolutions, but never keep them! I thought I would start some this year that I know I will try to keep!

1~ Be open to try more food! (I am a picky eater)
2~ Maintain Self-Confidence (it's finally coming back so I don't want to lose it)
3~ Spend less time dwelling on how other's think of me
4~ Maintain my new healthy lifestyle
5~ Designate more "me" time
6~ .... I am sure I will think of more!

RESOLUTION 1...Things I have tried so far!
~Mung Bean Sprouts
~Sheep Cheese
~Brown Rice California Roll (Sushi)
~Tofu Ice Cream
~Oatmeal (I know, weird, I never tried it before!)
~Bok Choy
~Lima Beans
~Rappi (aka Broccoli Rabe)
~Hemp Protein Powder
~Trugole Cheese

I met my final goal of 131! I changed my tracker to 128, I think I want to try for those next 3 lbs! My 5'3 frame can definetly be smaller but I was trying to stay realistic. I never thought I would lose 45 lbs!!!!
UPDATE...met my goal of 50lbs!! Didn't think the day would come!

March Goal....Aim for 4500 crunches!! 500 squats!! 400 push ups!!...UPDATE, alright I didn't make it. The pregnancy hormones got to me!

Before joining SparkPeople, I had lost 26lbs. I put a "semi-heavy" photo in my gallery. I can not believe I was actually heavier than this!
When I joined Spark in 9/07 I was at 150. Spark has helped me go above and beyond what I thought I could accomplish! I actually weigh less than when I got married! Whooo Hooooo!

11/28/07...I have lost 39lbs to date! I have also lost a total of 34 inches!!

12/28/07...42.25 lbs and 37 inches!

1/25/08... 46lbs and 41 inches!

2/22/08...50lbs and 44 inches!

My Program:
I am a SAHM to a beautiful baby girl! I am completing P90X and walk 1.5-3 miles daily!!

Pre-Prego...I work out at the gym 5-6x a week, mixing cardio, strength training and spinning classes!

~stay under 1500mg sodium... most days :-)~
~avoid artificial sweeteners, except the occasional Sugar Free Latte from Starbucks :-)
~eat atleast 6-8 servings of fruits and veggies

I am 26 and have been married for 4 years. I have a pug/bulldog mix named Stella who is 4 years old!
