    Sorry, I didn't get back to you sooner. Have you tried High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on Treadmill or Elliptical? You go slow for 2 minutes or so then go as fast as you can for about a minute (max heart rate), go slow for 2 minutes then faster (same thing). You burn more calories half the time (average time 12 to 15 minutes versus going 30 to 40 minutes on same speed. As for strenght training, go heavy on dumbells or machines with 8 to 10 reps 3 sets. Gradually increase every 2 weeks. Or try Circuit Training-a combination of weights and cardio for about 30 minutes. Try assorted Leg workouts (squats, walking lunges with or without dumbells, seated or lying leg curls, seated leg extensions, calf raises, adduction, abduction machines). I know it's a lot lol Variety is the key. Kick it up a notch. Make it interesting and challenging. I hope that helps. Look me up on Facebook if you want. Chris Shortbus Capt Araza
