    I'm just checking in -
    I had an idea for you that might help your ticker move...Just try doing the 3 PM idea even once or twice a week. It really helps...I just did it yesterday...But Normally I do the Alternate Day Diet. I'd be happy to converse with you on your 3PM team. We can mix it up how we want -no need to do it "perfectly"!
