Introduction Text Hello, So, here we are a years later and I'm starting all over. I have gained back everything (weight & inches) that I had lost. What is even worse, I lost everything positive (strength & endurance) that I had gained. I am in desperate need a workout partner so if there is anyone on the SS of Indy that wants one, please contact me ASAP. I've registered to do a 5K in May, so I will be walk/running 3 days a week but can and will go to the gym as well. I have a Planet Fitness membership and can take a pal.

My short term goal is to lose 10% of my weight in three months and to make it the gym at least three times per week. My long term goal is to get to a healthy weight and improve overall health.

I will be working my way back up to 45+ minutes on the elliptical and 30+ minutes of strength training. Exercise is the easy part for me, my downfall tends to be my diet and the almost impossible task of taking my darn thyroid medication.
