Full Time Vegetarian (since 2004), occasional vegan. Always striving to eat low carb (minimal refined carbs) and near protein goals.

WINTER:The 5 lbs I lost in the fall have reappeared! Not surprising. December was stressful and an injury prevented much movement. First Quarter will be focusing on lowering Cortisol/Stress levels, Reboot/Detox, lowering Insulin and shedding belly fat!

AUTUMN:This is the perfect season for getting out of the house and moving the body! I am taking advantage of every day, and every opportunity ๐Ÿ˜

My Goals:
This time around (have done SparkPeople in the past) I wish to lose this Covid Isolation Stress Belly! I am also trying to instill LONG LASTING habits and establish a healthy relationship with my thoughts about nutrition and exercise.

Am feeling - in my 50s - the "damage" to my joints that many years gymnastics and track left. It is even more noticeable when I am 10-20 lbs overweight. Plus so much more difficult to shed these pounds now!

Master my decisions.

Halloween & Spookiness (but not horror/gore)- Costumes & make up, Cemeteries, Creepy foods, Ray Bradbury, I have a black "christmas" tree full of halloween ornaments
Christmas - I love decorating, have 4 trees, many styles of decoration modern, vintage, rustic
