Introduction Text I am happy with my body and want to continue to stay in shape, use the nutrition tracker, and possibly fit into one pants size down.

Live a balanced lifestyle. Get out of debt. Eat a heart healthy diet.

Tracking nutrition and fitness and tallying up sparkpoints like crazy(that keeps me focused). Learning from other sparkpeople how they manage and finding new ideas. Exercising regularly, running competively and trying to get ready to go back to triathlon (my favorite racing style).

I am 36, have a loving and supportive husband, have two wonderful boys age 2 and 5, and live in southeast Idaho. I am a nurse in a cardiovascular area. I enjoy working out with the army cadets at the university when school is in session.

I would love to hear more about how people are managing their finances in this economy.
