Fitness Minutes: 316

My Goals:
I'd like to lose 42 lbs by September 1st, 2010.

My Program:
 Phase I:

Food: 1550-Calorie diet

Fitness: Jillian Michaels' 30-Day Shred 6 days/week, resting and weighing/measuring on Sundays.




Personal Information:
I'm a 41 year-old mother of 1 and stepmom of 2. I have a wonderful husband who thinks I'm beautiful regardless, but I'd like to agree with him!

Other Information:
 Goals are key. This is a big lifestyle change for me -- I'm lousy at planning and following through when it's easier to just go out and grab a pizza. So my rewards are:

Week 1: new perfume

Week 2: new shoes

Week 3: TBD

Week 4: TBD

After the first 30 DS set is over with, we reassess and kick it up a notch!
