Itโs cold outside, but Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for itโs next Challenge starting the first week of March. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.
