Introduction Text Hi, I am so greatful to have found this site! I raised five wonderful grown children, and im a grandma of 9 grandchildren. At 51 yrs. old and accomplishing so much with a big family, Its my time to get in shape! really need friends to motivate me. I have met so many wonderful friends on sp. the few weeks I have been here ! Every day I have been getting both emotionally and physically stronger. I now have the will to put smoking behind me. I lived in niagara falls a year ago, after being there for 3 yrs. and weighing 175 when I came back to my home town rochester. I felt isolated and ashamed of being over weight, I did'nt go out of my house and missed out on the fun everyone was having. NO MORE ...... I want that fun happy girl back. Look out world here see comes. IT'S MY TURN TO SHINE ! And my light is on for good.

To live a fit and happy life. I eat right with portion control, exercize every day, And stay in control of my health. I never eat sugar/flour/gluten............ staying away from canned and prepackaged foods(headachs and IBS) gone for good! my ideal weight 125 i'm 5 ft. 7 in. Keeping Stress at a minimum.... with Practicing Meditation and Yoga Everyday !

I use the total gym every day...... power walk three times a week..... yoga 4-5 times a week..... and use my aerobic glide for more cardio. meditate everyday to set my spirt/mind/body and inner self.....on a daily path of peace and harmony.

I live in rochester, new york. I raised five children , have 9 grandchildren. I am pretty much a health contious person eating lots of fruits and vegatables. lean proteins,and follow a gluten free diet. I am 51yrs. old and want to stay young well into my 90's............... Im not letting the fact that ......I have raynaud's, RA and degenerative disc's in my mid to lower back ......steal any more of my life !

I love listening to vivaldi classical composer. I read and watch anything about history or alternative medicine. Love my 13 year old dog lucy.....she,s boxer/ ridgeback mix. I love sketching , my very resent are lighthouse's. I enjoyed working with the elderly , you learn so much from them / I was an aide till a back injury . getting stronger every day ! Optimism is essential to achievement and it is also the foundation of courage and true pogress !
