I am really excited to participate in the 2015 Spring 5% challenge. Here are my commitments for the challenge:

30 minutes of exercise each day, no matter what. I will often do a good bit more than this, but this is my minimum. I commit to strength training three days a week. I committed to that in the winter and did not live up to that commitment so I am determined to do it now. I feel so much better when I do it!

Food: Staying within my calorie range of 1250-1600 and eating primarily whole food, with minimal refined sugar. I will log my food every day. I have been struggling with sugar (again) and am ready to cut it out.

I am also committed to improving my sleep habits, which are very out of whack. I am struggling with not using my laptop late at night. Time to rediscover books!

These are fine-tuned versions of the goals I had for the winter challenge. I made a lot of progress over the course of the Winter Challenge - most weeks I far exceeded my exercise minutes and did great with my food. I want to work on improving strength training and sleep in particular.
