    26 lbs to goal. Plan is to stay focused. Take two positives and put it together to get guess what........ a positive. 26 lbs going down 1 pound at a time. emoticon

    Well spent spring break in Orlando. I gained 6 lbs but lost most of it when I got home. I find that kinda weird but praise God for my metabolism working. Hopefully I will soon be back down to 288 and keep going down. I am currently at 292. emoticon emoticon emoticon
