This is going to be my year!


I am 37 years old and and have recently started to notice that my clothes aren't fitting correctly anymore and my general energy level just isn't what it used to be. The person looking back at me in the mirror doesn't fit the picture in my head, either. So, either bodysnatchers have been to visit, or I need to do something about my diet and my activity level. I'm thinking it might be the latter. Looking forward to feeling and looking better in 2010!
