    Awww thanks for commenting on my blog. That's interesting that you had tears. I can tell you that I definitely didn't push by body like I could have and like most people do. I just kind of went slow and easy b/c finishing is what mattered to me. I definitely wasn't any it for the contest. I'm the most non-competitive person I know. In fact, when I did my duathlon (biking and running) just a few months ago I was dead last and knew I would. So I guess that made me a tiny bit more competitive. I just didn't want to be last on the tri. I barely made that goal, but made it.

    I was checking back in to see how you are doing since November. I hope you are signing into SP every single day. I've signed in now for 103 days and I've lost 24#, which has been slow, but I'm happy as long as I never ever gain back a single pound of it. We can do this!! It has been so upsetting to me to check on people and find they never really got started or they have quit signing in to Sparkpeople. This is so important to care for our health and well being.

    How cool! I don't think it really matters on who can get the weight off the fastest. I think the key factors are in the fact that who can get it off in the healthiest way, and keep it off. I wish you the best and I'll see you around. Happy New Year! :)

    I wish you luck on your hernia repair, I don't regret my surgery, even after what happened to me over the spring and summer. It has made it possible for me to be where I am right now.
