    Hi Lynn I fairly new myself, I've yet to lose but I try I love to walk out doors but I live in CO and today it's cold (32) so no walk today , I 'am also 51 and I weight 175 but it feels like more,hang in there.

    Hi! Great you joined us on EE/SP!! I love SP! You will find all the support you want here... message me anytime. You mentioned not being able to walk, girl, find any kind of movement. I know that cardio is best, but strength training is good, too. I have only just now gotten moving myself. My goal is 2 hrs a day 6 days a week of combined types of exercise. I haven't made it yet, but I am on my way. I have 3 days of some kind of movement, and can feel my muscles getting stronger already. YOU can do this.... We CAN do this!!
