My Bucket List items are usually related to travel and other experiences which pull me from my comfort zone. Over the years, I've made my Bucket List a priority, but NEVER my weight loss. Call it lack of motivation, no time to exercise or the refusal to give up my LOVE of food...whatever the reason, I never stuck to a weight loss program.

So after 15 years, my weight loss goals have finally made it on to my Bucket List. My goal is to devote as much effort to my weight loss as I do to reaching my travel aspirations.

Let the journey begin…

*Ultimate goal is to get down to my recommended weight range

*First baby steps~ Control portions & Exercise at least 10 minutes a day

My Program:
*Portion control
*Exercise more
*Treats in moderation

Personal Information:
I'm a 40-something mother of 5 kids (his-16B, 17G, 18B, 22B; mine-19B, no ours), two dogs (Jack & Gracie) and a cat (Chloe).

I love to travel, try new things and go riding, either 2-up on the hubby's Harley or riding my own 750 Shadow ACE.

I love to read when I can make time to do so. I don't watch much television, but always seem to make time to watch Sons of Anarchy.

I strongly believe that all my decisions, good and bad, have lead me to where I am today. As I reflect back on my life, I realize I have been very blessed. And as I look to the future, I'm confident that the best is yet to come.
