Update 12/5/19: it's been a year of uos and downs. Sometimes it felt like mostly downs. Lol But Im emerging from a few years of soul searching, looking up from the bottom, and breaking out of my cocoon! Bring on the holidays--and 2020!! I've been away from SP for a few months due to my "beloved" iPhone being stolen in the summer. It took me a while to recover and get another--albeit crap and rarely works right lol--phone. I'm always on the go so sitting at the library computer was not necessarily always possible. 2019: a year of changes. And as the year cones to a close, I realize there have been some really beneficial changes in my life. I hope to make paying more attention to my health, exercise level, eating habits, and relationship quality a bigger priority as I go forward. What do I want to be when I grow up? 🤷😊 We're starting a new year. I'm excited for t/e possibilities. Woohoo :) My son is turning 23 this year. A great age, a magical number. I turned 50 last year and am ready to kick that s.h.i.t into high gear! Update: I’m an Invincible Indigo now.‼️ Loving my new teammates 🙌🏼 I’m a Starfish on 5% challenge too, Meeting a lot iof new and friendly people. Reconnecting with “old” friends too. 😊 2019: here we go! 2+0+1+9=1+2=3. Another mystical number. We're on board. Seeing good changes so far. I lost some weight before Christmas and Thanksgiving and have worked on my cardio through bike riding, extra walking, some sprinting (not by design lol). I joined a 5K your way jog/run tonight on SP. That's a goal for me this year: run a 5K. More later... 5/16/19 update: okay, God is pushing me towards new ways of remaking my life, finding work I love, apparently working for myself! Lol My personal and work life can only further enhance my health and mental fitness. So SP, I’ll be starting my second Biggest Loser Challenge as an Invincible Indigo 🦄 I love this team! Laidback, relaxed, supportive, fun 🧚🏾‍♂️ Bring on the summer 🌻🌞 I’m also a Starfish in the 5% Spring Challenge. Also a laid back, supportive environment 💫🐠 Loving it!

My Goals:
I want to lose 50 pounds, feel healthier, have better cardio and muscle tone, get my son more active, and regain my self-confidence and feeling sexy.


My Program:
There is heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure on both sides of my family. I want to lower my cholesterol, reduce my blood sugar levels and my blood pressure.



Personal Information:
I live in north Florida, near the coast. I am trying to save up money for a car and a house. My son is turning the page into the rest of his young adult life. Time for him to soar! I'm writing the chapter for the next stage of my life. I turned 50 in 2018 and am ready to fly!


Other Information:
I enjoy spending time with my family, music, reading, outdoors, children and animal rights, the beach, politics, the environment, and movies.
