It's Week 4 of the Harvesting Your Health Fall Challenge. Are you tackling the Pumpkin tasks? Have you come up with any food swaps yet? Red Team tied for 1st place last week. Let's see if we can win this week without tying.

Week 1's Challenges are done. Are you prepared for Week 2 (I know this is late but we were out of town and just got home tonight. emoticon )

Did you choose a personal fitness pledge? Have you picked your healthy habit to track for the next few weeks? And, mindful eating is also this week. Don't forget to take at least 20 minutes to eat your meals.

    GO RED TEAM!

    Hi Marge.

Thanks for the Bosu (?) ball. I actually bought a DVD called Tai Chi for Balance & Stability to do to help with my balance issues. I also do core work on ST days as a strong core helps with balance.

And, I also printed some instructions on how to improve your balance. I worked on it a lot at the beginning of the year but haven't looked at it since then. I'll have to dig it up again.

    Have a great night!
