**UPDATE 9/20/2010**

Well I've been away from awhile because I had a baby. And although she was worth every trial and tribulation and the toll it took on my body, now I have 20 lbs that won't budge after gaining 54 lbs during my pregnancy! Eeek! The working out went out the window at 7 months (hey, at least I was working out up until then) and the counting calories just stopped happening.

I'm back to start taking care of me for me AND my daughter's sake. I want to set a good example for her and to give her a happy, healthy mommy!

I started Jillian Michael's Making the Cut Program on 11/1/2008 and finished on 12/18/2008 and here are my results:
Pounds lost: 1

Inches lost:
Hips and butt: 0.5"
Waist: 0.5"
Waist at belly button: 0.5"
Thigh: 0.25" (+)
Bust: 1"
Chest: 1"
Calf: 0"

Overall I am happy with the results. I didn't really lose weight but saw results in inches lost. I should also note that I did not follow her diet. Only the workouts and it took me longer than 30 days to complete due to illness and weekends away. I am currently continuing the workout portion of the program over again b/c I loved it so much!

Goal #3:

Then Maintain, Maintain, Maintain!


My Program:
-3-4 days of workouts that include spinning, stairmaster, elliptical and weight training at the gym and 1-2 days of FitTV workouts at home.

-Eating 1200-1550 calories a day.

-Eat between 30 and 40 grams of fat per day.

-Eat 70 grams of protein a day.
